Lesson Policies
Package Validity & SeSSION COMPLETION
All DJ lessons and lesson packages represent prepaid professional instructional services and are designed to be completed within a structured timeframe to support momentum and real progress. Lessons must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Activation occurs when the student contacts KITTENS to schedule their first session. Once activated, all remaining sessions must be completed within 90 days of the first scheduled lesson, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Single-session purchases must also be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase.
Sessions that are not activated or completed within these timeframes may be considered inactive. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Extensions may be granted in special circumstances at KITTENS’ discretion if requested prior to expiration.
Scheduling
Once purchased, students are responsible for reaching out to schedule sessions. I do not automatically assign lesson times.
To book, reply to your confirmation email with your availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session and forfeited.
Non-Response Policy
If I reach out to schedule sessions and do not receive a response within 14 days, this will be considered forfeiture of the remaining sessions.
Lesson packages are momentum-based and require active participation. Unresponsive accounts will be closed after the package validity period.
Late Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
All lesson purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of reserving time and limited availability, refunds are not provided for unused sessions.
Pricing Changes
Rates are subject to change at any time. Purchased sessions are honored at the rate paid.
