DJ Lesson Terms & Conditions

By purchasing DJ lessons or lesson packages, you agree to the following:

Nature of Services

DJ lessons are prepaid professional instructional services requiring active participation and scheduling. Lesson packages are not gift cards and do not represent stored monetary value.

Activation & Package Validity

All DJ lessons and lesson packages represent prepaid professional instructional services and are designed to be completed within a structured timeframe to support momentum and real progress.

Lessons must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Activation occurs when the student contacts KITTENS to schedule their first session. Once activated, all remaining sessions must be completed within 90 days of the first scheduled lesson, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Single-session purchases must also be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Sessions that are not activated or completed within these timeframes may be considered inactive and forfeited.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Extensions may be granted in special circumstances at KITTENS’ discretion if requested prior to expiration.

Scheduling

Students are responsible for initiating scheduling by replying to their confirmation email with availability. KITTENS does not automatically assign session times.

Non-Response

If KITTENS attempts to contact a student regarding scheduling and does not receive a response within 14 days, remaining sessions may be considered inactive and forfeited.
Lesson packages require active participation and communication.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as completed sessions.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend session length.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Refund Policy

All lesson purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided for unused, inactive, or forfeited sessions.

Gifts

Gift packages must be activated by the recipient within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All lesson content, instruction, techniques, materials, and methods are the intellectual property of KITTENS and may not be recorded, reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written consent.

Recording Policy

Sessions may not be recorded or shared publicly without express permission.

Professional Conduct

Students agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Pricing

Rates are subject to change at any time. Purchased sessions are honored at the rate paid.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
